After reading so many positive reviews, I figured I must be doing something wrong. And I was. What I was forgetting to do, which is very important in all types of waxing, is to hold the skin very taught while you are pulling the strip. I was holding the skin taught, but nowhere near as taught as I should have. It made all the difference. It grabbed almost every single hair, and was nearly painless. The tabs on the paper help alot when you have to pull off the strip. It's also very comfortable, the strips are made of paper but are woven to feel like cloth.
